ANDREW WHITING is an independent Expert Witness, with more than 40 years
experience in the building industry. He practices both as a Quantity Surveyor
and a Building Surveyor, and therefore able to deal with matters of costs, as
well as defects. He prepares approximately 30 Expert Witness reports annually
on a wide range of matters.
